On November 9, 2025, in the presence of the Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs , Dr. Jassim Mohammed Abdo, the Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, Dr. Ramadan Jaafar Mustafa, the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Sattar Jabbar Haji, and the Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Dr. Mohammed Mahdi Mohammed, the First Aid course concluded. Noteworthy, the course lasted for 12 days and was organized by the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education in cooperation with the College of Medicine at the University of Zakho. Moreover, this course was conducted by two faculty members from the University of Zakho: Rizgar Ramadan Darwish and Dr. Abdullah Saad Muhi.

The course concluded by awarding certificates to the participants and trainers.
